Artist Bio:
Diana Ross & The Supremes were an American vocal group that achieved widespread success in the 1960s. The group was originally known as The Primettes before changing their name to The Supremes in 1961. Diana Ross, Mary Wilson, and Florence Ballard were the original members of the group. Diana Ross emerged as the lead singer and quickly became the focal point of the group's performances.

The Supremes achieved twelve number one singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making them one of the most successful musical acts of the 1960s. Some of their most popular hits include "Where Did Our Love Go," "Baby Love," and "Stop! In the Name of Love." Diana Ross eventually left the group in 1970 to pursue a solo career, leading to the end of The Supremes as it was known.
