Artist Bio:
Dick Flood was an American country music singer and songwriter. He was born on November 16, 1932, in Joliet, Illinois, and began his music career in the 1950s. Flood signed with Columbia Records and released several singles, including "The Three Bells" and "The Girl I Left Behind." He also wrote songs for other artists, such as "Honeycomb" for Jimmie Rodgers.


In addition to his music career, Flood was a talented actor, appearing in TV shows such as "Gunsmoke" and "Wagon Train." He also worked as a radio disc jockey and hosted his own show, "Dick Flood's Country Music Show." Flood continued to perform and record music throughout the 1960s and 1970s before retiring from the music industry. He passed away on July 3, 2014, leaving behind a legacy of country music hits and contributions to the entertainment industry.
