Dion began his music career as the lead singer of the doo-wop group Dion and the Belmonts, known for hits such as "A Teenager in Love" and "Runaround Sue."
After leaving the Belmonts, Dion pursued a successful solo career, achieving chart-topping success with songs like "The Wanderer" and "Ruby Baby." He is also known for his collaboration with Phil Spector on the hit song "Abraham, Martin and John." Dion was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989 and continues to perform and record music to this day, showcasing his talents as a versatile and enduring artist in the rock 'n' roll genre.
