Diving For Pearls was an American rock band that formed in Los Angeles in the late 1980s. The band members included lead vocalist and guitarist Danny Malone, guitarist and keyboardist Mark 'Curly' Smith, bassist Larry Saltis, and drummer Frank 'Bud' LaDue. Diving For Pearls gained popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s with their melodic rock sound that blended elements of pop and hard rock.
The band released their self-titled debut album in 1989, which featured the hit single "Gimme Your Good Lovin'." They followed up with their second album, "You're All I Know," in 1990.
