DMX released several successful albums, including "It's Dark and Hell is Hot" and "Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood," both of which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
In addition to his music career, DMX also pursued acting, appearing in films such as "Romeo Must Die" and "Cradle 2 the Grave." He was known for his raw and emotional lyrics, often delving into themes of struggle, spirituality, and redemption. Unfortunately, DMX struggled with substance abuse and legal issues throughout his life. He passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving behind a legacy as one of the most influential and respected artists in hip-hop.
