Donny Osmond is an American singer, actor, and former teen idol who was born on December 9, 1957, in Ogden, Utah. He first gained fame as a member of the sibling musical group "The Osmonds" in the 1960s and 1970s. Donny Osmond later embarked on a successful solo career, releasing hits such as "Puppy Love" and "Go Away Little Girl."


In addition to his music career, Donny Osmond has also appeared in various stage productions, including starring as Joseph in the musical "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." He is also known for his successful Las Vegas residency with his sister Marie Osmond. Donny Osmond has received numerous awards throughout his career, including a Grammy Award for his contribution to the soundtrack of "Mulan." He continues to perform and entertain audiences worldwide.
