Donny Osmond is an American singer, actor, and former teen idol who gained fame as a member of the Osmonds, a family music group. He was born on December 9, 1957, in Ogden, Utah. Donny achieved solo success in the early 1970s with hits like "Puppy Love" and "Go Away Little Girl."
In addition to his music career, Donny Osmond has also appeared in musical theater productions, including starring in the lead role of Joseph in the 1990s Broadway production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." He is also known for his appearances on television, including hosting the Donny & Marie variety show with his sister Marie Osmond in the late 1970s. Donny has continued to release music and perform, maintaining a successful career in the entertainment industry.
