Artist Bio:
Duane Eddy is an American guitarist known for his influential work in the rock and roll genre. He was born on April 26, 1938, in Corning, New York. Eddy gained popularity in the late 1950s and early 1960s with his signature "twangy" guitar sound, which was achieved by playing his guitar with a low bass and high treble setting. He is considered one of the pioneers of rock and roll guitar playing and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Rebelettes were a group of backing vocalists who often performed with Duane Eddy. They provided harmonies and vocal support to Eddy's guitar playing, adding depth and texture to his sound. The Rebelettes were not a fixed group, with various singers rotating in and out of the lineup over the years. Despite not being as well-known as Eddy himself, the Rebelettes played an important role in enhancing the overall sound of his music and performances.
