Artist Bio:
The Eagles are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1971. The original members were Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon, and Randy Meisner. They are known for their harmonies and country-tinged rock sound that helped define the "California sound" of the 1970s. The band went on to achieve massive commercial success with hit songs such as "Hotel California," "Take It Easy," and "Desperado."
The Eagles have won six Grammy Awards and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. They have sold over 150 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands of all time. Despite several breakups and lineup changes over the years, the Eagles continue to tour and perform to this day, with Henley and Joe Walsh being the only remaining original members in the current lineup.
