Artist Bio:
Eddie Cochran was an American musician and rock and roll pioneer born on October 3, 1938, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. He gained fame in the late 1950s with hits such as "Summertime Blues," "C'mon Everybody," and "Somethin' Else." Known for his energetic performances and distinctive voice, Cochran was a talented guitarist and songwriter, influencing many musicians of his time and beyond.

Tragically, Eddie Cochran's promising career was cut short when he died in a car accident on April 17, 1960, at the young age of 21. Despite his untimely death, Cochran's music continues to be celebrated for its raw energy and enduring influence on the rock and roll genre. He was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.
