Eddie Money, born as Edward Joseph Mahoney on March 21, 1949, was an American rock musician known for his hits in the 1970s and 1980s. He found success with songs like "Two Tickets to Paradise," "Take Me Home Tonight," and "Baby Hold On." Money's music often blended elements of rock, pop, and even a touch of blues, which contributed to his broad appeal.


In addition to his music career, Eddie Money also appeared on reality television shows such as "Real Money" on AXS TV, which showcased his personal life and family. Unfortunately, Money passed away on September 13, 2019, at the age of 70 due to complications from esophageal cancer. Despite his untimely death, Eddie Money's music continues to be celebrated by fans and his legacy lives on in the world of rock music.
