Eddie Money, born Edward Joseph Mahoney on March 21, 1949, was an American rock musician known for hits such as "Take Me Home Tonight" and "Two Tickets to Paradise." He found success in the late 1970s and 1980s with his catchy tunes and energetic stage presence. Money released a total of 11 studio albums throughout his career, with several of them achieving commercial success and earning him a loyal fan base.


In addition to his music career, Eddie Money also appeared in television shows and movies, including a reality TV series on AXS TV called "Real Money." He continued to perform live shows and tour up until his death on September 13, 2019, at the age of 70. Eddie Money's legacy lives on through his timeless music and contributions to the rock music scene.
