He is considered one of the most successful country artists of all time, recording more than 100 albums and charting over 140 singles on the Billboard country charts.


Arnold was known for his smooth vocals and crossover appeal, which helped him reach a wide audience. Some of his most popular hits include "Make the World Go Away," "Cattle Call," and "You Don't Know Me." Throughout his career, Arnold received numerous awards and accolades, including induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1966. He passed away on May 8, 2008, leaving behind a lasting legacy in the country music industry.
