They achieved commercial success with hits like "Oliver's Army" and "Pump It Up". The band disbanded in 1986, but they reunited for occasional performances over the years. Elvis Costello continued to have a successful solo career after the band's breakup, collaborating with various artists and exploring different musical genres.
