Eurythmics were a British music duo formed in 1980, consisting of Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart. They were known for their innovative and eclectic music style, which combined elements of new wave, synth-pop, and rock. The duo achieved significant commercial success in the 1980s with hits such as "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)", "Here Comes the Rain Again", and "Would I Lie to You?".


Eurythmics released a total of eight studio albums during their career, with their music often characterized by Lennox's distinctive vocals and Stewart's creative production techniques. They were also known for their visually striking music videos and unique fashion sense. Eurythmics were inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2005 and continue to be regarded as one of the most influential and successful musical acts of the 1980s.
