Artist Bio:
Everclear is an American rock band formed in Portland, Oregon in 1991. The band's original lineup consisted of Art Alexakis (vocals, guitar), Craig Montoya (bass), and Scott Cuthbert (drums). They are known for their alternative rock sound, blending elements of grunge, post-grunge, and pop rock. Everclear achieved commercial success in the 1990s with hit singles such as "Santa Monica," "Father of Mine," and "Wonderful."

Art Alexakis, the band's lead singer and main songwriter, is considered the driving force behind Everclear. The band's lyrics often touch on themes of personal struggles, relationships, and Alexakis' own experiences growing up in a tumultuous environment. Everclear has released several albums, including "Sparkle and Fade" (1995), "So Much for the Afterglow" (1997), and "Songs from an American Movie, Vol. One: Learning How to Smile" (2000). Despite changes in the band's lineup over the years, Everclear continues to tour and release new music.
