Artist Bio:
Every Mothers' Son was an American sunshine pop band formed in New York City in 1966. The group consisted of brothers Dennis Larden and Lary Larden, along with Bruce Milner, Schuyler Larsen, and Christopher Augustine. They were signed to MGM Records and released their debut album in 1967, which featured their biggest hit single, "Come On Down to My Boat Baby." The song reached number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Despite their initial success, Every Mothers' Son disbanded in 1968 after releasing a second album that did not achieve the same level of commercial success as their debut. The band is often associated with the sunshine pop genre, which was popular in the late 1960s and featured upbeat melodies and harmonies. Every Mothers' Son's music is known for its catchy hooks and bright, optimistic sound, characteristic of the sunshine pop style.
