Faith No More is an American rock band formed in San Francisco, California in 1979. The band has been known for their diverse musical style, blending elements of rock, metal, funk, rap, and other genres. They achieved mainstream success with their third album, "The Real Thing," released in 1989, which featured their hit single "Epic."
Faith No More went on to release several more albums, including "Angel Dust" in 1992 and "King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime" in 1995. The band disbanded in 1998 but reunited in 2009, releasing their seventh studio album, "Sol Invictus," in 2015. Throughout their career, Faith No More has been praised for their innovative and boundary-pushing approach to music, as well as their energetic live performances.
