Artist Bio:
Fat Boys was a hip hop trio originating from Brooklyn, New York, consisting of members Prince Markie Dee, Kool Rock-Ski, and Buff Love (also known as The Human Beat Box). Formed in the early 1980s, they were known for their comical and lighthearted approach to rap music, as well as their beatboxing skills. The group gained popularity for their energetic live performances and their pioneering contributions to the rap genre.

Fat Boys released several albums during the 1980s, including their self-titled debut album in 1984, which featured their hit single "Jailhouse Rap." They also appeared in the cult classic film "Krush Groove" in 1985. The group disbanded in the early 1990s, but their impact on hip hop music and culture remains significant, as they were one of the first rap groups to achieve mainstream success and appeal to a wider audience.
