F.L.Y. (Fast Life Yungstaz) was an American hip-hop trio formed in 2006, consisting of members Myko McFly, Vee, and Mook. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, the group gained recognition for their energetic performances and catchy songs that blended elements of hip-hop and Southern rap. Their breakout hit "Swag Surfin'" was released in 2009 and quickly became a fan favorite in the hip-hop scene.
Although F.L.Y. had a short-lived mainstream success, "Swag Surfin'" remains one of their most well-known tracks, reaching #62 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song's infectious beat and anthem-like chorus helped solidify the group's place in the hip-hop landscape for a brief period. F.L.Y. may have been a momentary presence in the music industry, but their impact on the rap genre, particularly in the South, is still acknowledged today.
