Artist Bio:
Freddie and the Dreamers were a British band formed in the early 1960s. They were known for their comedic and energetic performances, as well as their distinctive dance moves, including the "Freddie" - a signature dance step created by the band's frontman, Freddie Garrity. The band's musical style was rooted in the British beat music scene of the time, with a mix of rock and roll, pop, and rhythm and blues influences.

Their biggest hit was "I'm Telling You Now" in 1963, which reached the top of the charts in both the UK and the US. Other popular songs by the band include "You Were Made for Me" and "If You Gotta Make a Fool of Somebody." Despite their initial success, Freddie and the Dreamers' popularity waned in the late 1960s, and the band eventually disbanded in the early 1970s.
