Artist Bio:
Free Movement was an American soul and R&B group formed in Los Angeles in the late 1960s. The group consisted of six members: Cheryl Conley, Jennifer Gates, Godoy Colbert, Adrian Jefferson, Cheryl McCrary, and Claude Jefferson. They were signed to the Decca Records label and released their self-titled debut album in 1970.

Their most successful single, "I've Found Someone of My Own," was a hit in 1971, reaching the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and earning them a gold record. The group's music was known for its smooth harmonies and soulful sound, and they were associated with the early 1970s soul music scene. Free Movement disbanded in the mid-1970s, but their music continues to be appreciated by fans of classic soul and R&B.
