Artist Bio:
Frente! is an Australian alternative pop/indie rock band formed in 1991 in Melbourne. The band was led by vocalist Angie Hart and guitarist Simon Austin, with additional members Tim O'Connor on bass and Mark Picton on drums. Frente! gained international recognition with their debut album "Marvin the Album," released in 1992. The album featured their hit single "Bizarre Love Triangle" and received critical acclaim for its mix of acoustic and electric sounds.

Frente! continued to release music throughout the 1990s, including the albums "Shape" in 1996 and "Labour of Love" in 1994. The band's music is known for its melodic harmonies, introspective lyrics, and acoustic-driven sound. Frente! disbanded in 1996, but they reunited for a brief period in the early 2000s to release some new material. Despite their relatively short-lived career, Frente! remains a beloved band in the indie pop scene.
