Artist Bio:
Frijid Pink is an American rock band that was formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1967. The band gained popularity in the late 1960s and early 1970s for their hard rock and psychedelic sound. Their most well-known hit is a cover of the song "House of the Rising Sun," which reached the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1970. Frijid Pink's self-titled debut album, released in 1970, also included tracks like "Drivin' Blues" and "I Want to Be Your Lover."

Despite their initial success, Frijid Pink experienced several lineup changes over the years and struggled to maintain their popularity. The band continued to release music throughout the 1970s and 1980s, but they never achieved the same level of success as they did with their early hits. Frijid Pink remains a notable name in the history of American rock music, particularly for their contributions to the psychedelic and hard rock genres.
