They gained popularity in the late 1960s with hits like "Young Girl" and "Woman, Woman." The band's music was characterized by Puckett's powerful vocals and the group's tight harmonies. Gary Puckett And The Union Gap disbanded in 1971 but have reunited for various tours over the years.
