George Fischoff is an American composer, songwriter, pianist, and producer, known for his work in a variety of musical genres including pop, classical, and jazz. He has composed music for popular singers such as Barbra Streisand, Dusty Springfield, and Sarah Vaughan. Fischoff is perhaps best known for co-writing the hit song "98.6" with Tony Powers, which became a top 10 hit in 1967 for singer Keith.


In addition to his success in popular music, Fischoff has composed music for film, television, and theater. He has also written several musicals, including "Georgy" and "Sayonara." Fischoff's diverse musical talent and ability to work across different genres have earned him recognition and success in the music industry.
