George Harrison was a British musician, singer, songwriter, and music producer, best known as the lead guitarist of the Beatles. He was born on February 25, 1943, in Liverpool, England, and passed away on November 29, 2001, in Los Angeles, California. Harrison played a key role in shaping the sound of the Beatles and wrote some of their most iconic songs, including "Here Comes the Sun" and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps."


Aside from his work with the Beatles, Harrison had a successful solo career, releasing several critically acclaimed albums. He was also known for his interest in Indian spirituality and music, incorporating elements of Indian classical music into his work.
