Gerry and the Pacemakers achieved success with their first three singles, all of which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "How Do You Do It?", "I Like It", and "You'll Never Walk Alone". The latter song became an anthem for Liverpool Football Club. The band toured extensively and even made a successful foray into the American music scene. Despite disbanding in 1966, Gerry and the Pacemakers left a lasting impact on the music industry with their catchy tunes and energetic performances.
