Yarbrough was a founding member of the popular folk group The Limeliters in the early 1960s, before pursuing a solo career. He released several successful albums as a solo artist, including "The Lonely Things" and "Baby, The Rain Must Fall".
Yarbrough is perhaps best known for his rendition of the song "Baby, The Rain Must Fall", which was featured in the 1965 Steve McQueen film of the same name.
