Great White is an American hard rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1977. The band gained popularity in the 1980s and early 1990s with their blend of hard rock and heavy metal music. Great White is best known for their hit singles "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" and "Rock Me," as well as their cover of Ian Hunter's "Once Bitten, Twice Shy." The band's self-titled debut album was released in 1984, followed by several more studio albums throughout the years.
