Green Jelly, originally named Green Jell├╢, is an American comedy rock band formed in 1981 in Kenmore, New York. The band is known for their outrageous live performances, satirical lyrics, and elaborate costumes. They gained mainstream attention in the 1990s with their hit single "Three Little Pigs" from their album "Cereal Killer". The song reached number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and its music video received heavy rotation on MTV.

Over the years, Green Jelly has gone through numerous lineup changes and legal disputes over their name, leading them to change the spelling to Green Jelly due to trademark issues. Their live shows often feature audience participation and wild antics, making them a unique and entertaining act in the rock music scene.
