Artist Bio:
Groove Theory is an American R&B duo that was formed in the mid-1990s. The duo consists of singer Amel Larrieux and producer Bryce Wilson. They are best known for their hit single "Tell Me," which was released in 1995 and became a chart-topping success, reaching number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song also earned the duo a Grammy Award nomination for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.

Groove Theory released their self-titled debut album in 1995, which received critical acclaim for its smooth blend of R&B, soul, and hip-hop influences. The album was well-received by music critics and fans alike, helping to establish the duo as a prominent act in the R&B music scene at the time. Despite their early success, Groove Theory disbanded in 1999, with Larrieux pursuing a solo career and Wilson continuing to work as a producer in the music industry.
