Guns N' Roses achieved worldwide success with their debut album, "Appetite for Destruction," released in 1987. The album included hits such as "Sweet Child o' Mine" and "Welcome to the Jungle." The band has sold over 100 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling music artists of all time. Despite numerous lineup changes over the years, Guns N' Roses continues to tour and perform, with Axl Rose and Slash reuniting in 2016 for the "Not in This Lifetime... Tour."
