Guns N' Roses achieved worldwide success with their debut album "Appetite for Destruction" in 1987, which featured hits like "Welcome to the Jungle" and "Sweet Child o' Mine." The band went on to release several other successful albums, including "Use Your Illusion I and II" in 1991. Despite lineup changes over the years, Guns N' Roses remains one of the best-selling bands of all time, with over 100 million records sold worldwide.
