Artist Bio:
H-Town was an American R&B vocal group formed in 1992 in Houston, Texas. The group originally consisted of three members: Shazam Conner, Dino Conner, and G.I. Jackson. They gained popularity in the mid-1990s with their debut album "Fever for da Flavor," which included hit singles like "Knockin' da Boots" and "Emotions." The album was well-received, achieving commercial success and earning the group a loyal fan base.
Tragically, H-Town's success was cut short when lead vocalist Dino Conner died in a car accident in 2003. Despite this loss, the group continued to release music and perform, with Shazam Conner taking on lead vocals. H-Town's music has had a lasting impact on the R&B music scene and they are remembered for their smooth harmonies and soulful sound.
