Artist Bio:
Harpers Bizarre was an American pop-rock band formed in the mid-1960s. The group was known for their intricate vocal harmonies and sophisticated arrangements, drawing inspiration from artists like The Beach Boys and The Beatles. They gained popularity with their hit cover of the Paul Simon song "The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy)" in 1967, which reached the top 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Harpers Bizarre released several albums throughout the late 1960s and early 1970s, blending elements of pop, rock, and sunshine pop. While they never achieved the same level of commercial success as some of their contemporaries, they are remembered for their distinctive sound and unique interpretations of popular songs. The band eventually disbanded in the early 1970s, but their music continues to be appreciated by fans of the era.
