Artist Bio:
Harvey & The Moonglows was an American doo-wop vocal group formed in the 1950s. The group was originally known as The Five Thrills before changing their name to The Moonglows in 1952. The members included Harvey Fuqua, Bobby Lester, Alexander Graves, Prentiss Barnes, and Billy Johnson. They were known for their smooth harmonies and soulful vocals, and their music was influential in the development of rhythm and blues and rock and roll.


Harvey & The Moonglows achieved success with hits like "Sincerely" and "Ten Commandments of Love." They were one of the first vocal groups to sign with Chess Records, where they worked closely with songwriter and producer Billy Davis. The group disbanded in the late 1950s, but their music continued to be celebrated for its emotional depth and musical innovation.
