They released several successful albums, including "Living Large" in 1987 and "Peaceful Journey" in 1991, which featured hits like "Now That We Found Love" and "Is It Good to You."

Heavy D & The Boyz were known for their energetic performances and charismatic stage presence, becoming one of the most successful hip-hop acts of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Heavy D, whose real name was Dwight Errington Myers, tragically passed away in 2011 at the age of 44, leaving behind a legacy as a pioneer in the hip-hop genre.
