Heltah Skeltah was a hip-hop duo formed by Rock (Jamal Bush) and Ruck (Sean Price) in the early 1990s. The duo was part of the Boot Camp Clik, a supergroup of East Coast hip-hop artists. Their debut album, "Nocturnal," was released in 1996 and received critical acclaim for its gritty and raw lyricism. The duo collaborated with various artists within the Boot Camp Clik and other hip-hop groups, showcasing their unique style and wordplay.
One of Heltah Skeltah's tracks, "Leflaur Leflah Eshkoshka," featured Starang Wondah of O.G.C. & Doc Holiday. Starang Wondah was a member of the hip-hop group Originoo Gunn Clappaz (O.G.C.), also part of the Boot Camp Clik. Doc Holiday was a producer who worked closely with the Boot Camp Clik and contributed to the group's distinctive sound.
