Hev-D, also known as Hev Diggs, is an American rapper and producer. He was a member of the hip-hop group Arrested Development, which was popular in the early 1990s. Hev-D contributed to the group's debut album, "3 Years, 5 Months and 2 Days in the Life Of...", which included the hit single "Tennessee". The album achieved critical acclaim and commercial success, winning a Grammy Award for Best New Artist.
Hev-D later pursued a solo career and released several albums, including "The Waterworld" in 1997. He is known for his socially conscious lyrics and positive messages in his music. He continues to be active in the music industry, collaborating with various artists and producers.
