Artist Bio:
Hi-Five was an American R&B group formed in Waco, Texas in 1989. The original members included Tony Thompson, Roderick "Pooh" Clark, Marcus Sanders, Russell Neal, and Toriano Easley. They were signed to Jive Records and achieved mainstream success in the early 1990s. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1990 and featured hit singles such as "I Like the Way (The Kissing Game)" and "I Can't Wait Another Minute."

Hi-Five's music was known for its smooth harmonies and catchy hooks, which helped them become one of the prominent R&B groups of their time. They released several albums throughout the 1990s, including "Keep It Goin' On" and "Faithful." The group faced tragedy in 2007 when Tony Thompson passed away at the age of 31. Despite this loss, Hi-Five continued to perform and release music with new members joining the group.
