Artist Bio:
Hi-Five is an R&B group formed in Waco, Texas, in the late 1980s. The original lineup consisted of Tony Thompson, Roderick "Pooh" Clark, Marcus Sanders, Russell Neal, and Toriano Easley. They rose to fame in the early 1990s with their self-titled debut album, which spawned hits like "I Like the Way (The Kissing Game)" and "I Can't Wait Another Minute." Tragically, the group faced setbacks with the untimely deaths of two members, Tony Thompson in 2007 and Russell Neal in 2018. Despite the challenges, Hi-Five continues to perform and release music, leaving a lasting legacy in the R&B music scene.
