Artist Bio:
Hole was an American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1989. The band was fronted by singer and guitarist Courtney Love, who was married to Nirvana's Kurt Cobain. Hole achieved commercial success with their second album, "Live Through This," released in 1994, which received critical acclaim and was certified platinum. The band's music was known for its raw and intense sound, often exploring themes of feminism, sexuality, and personal struggles.

Hole's lineup underwent several changes over the years, with Courtney Love being the only constant member. The band released a total of four studio albums before disbanding in 2002. Despite their relatively short career, Hole had a significant impact on the 1990s alternative rock scene and continues to be remembered for their powerful and influential music.
