Artist Bio:
Hot Boys was a rap group formed in the mid-1990s in New Orleans, Louisiana. The group consisted of four members: Juvenile, Lil Wayne, B.G., and Turk. They were signed to Cash Money Records, which was founded by their mentor and label head, Bryan "Birdman" Williams.
Hot Boys gained popularity for their energetic and catchy Southern hip-hop sound, and they released several successful albums together, including "Get It How U Live!" and "Guerrilla Warfare." Their hit singles like "We on Fire" and "I Need a Hot Girl" helped establish them as key figures in the Southern rap scene. However, the group disbanded in the early 2000s as members pursued solo careers. Despite their short-lived time together, Hot Boys left a lasting impact on the rap industry and are often credited with helping to put Cash Money Records on the map.
