Immature rose to fame in the early 1990s with hits like "Never Lie," "Constantly," and "Please Don't Go." They were known for their smooth harmonies, catchy melodies, and youthful energy.
In 1999, the group changed their name to IMx to reflect their transition into adulthood and to explore more mature themes in their music. Under their new name, they released several successful albums, including "Introducing IMx" and "IMx." Immature/IMx's music was popular in the R&B and hip-hop scenes of the 1990s and early 2000s, and they were seen as influential figures in the genre.
