The siblings began singing together in church and later pursued a career in music. They signed with Symbol Records in the early 1960s and released several successful singles, including 'Mockingbird.' Inez and Charlie Foxx continued to record music throughout the 1960s, achieving moderate success. They eventually parted ways in the 1970s to pursue solo careers.
