Artist Bio:
INXS was an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1977. The band's original lineup consisted of Garry Gary Beers on bass guitar, brothers Andrew Farriss on guitar/keyboards and Jon Farriss on drums, Tim Farriss on lead guitar, Kirk Pengilly on guitar/saxophone, and Michael Hutchence as the lead vocalist. INXS achieved worldwide fame in the 1980s and 1990s with hits such as "Need You Tonight," "New Sensation," and "Never Tear Us Apart."

INXS received critical acclaim and commercial success, selling over 50 million records worldwide. They were known for their energetic live performances and a unique blend of rock, pop, and funk elements in their music. Tragically, the band's lead singer Michael Hutchence passed away in 1997, leading to the eventual disbandment of INXS in 2012. Despite the loss of Hutchence, INXS's music continues to be celebrated and their influence on the music industry endures.
