Artist Bio:
Jack Greene was an American country musician born on January 7, 1930, in Maryville, Tennessee. He was best known for his smooth voice and hit songs such as "There Goes My Everything" and "All the Time." Greene began his music career in the 1950s, playing in various bands before signing with Decca Records in the 1960s. His breakthrough came in 1966 when "There Goes My Everything" topped the country charts and earned him several awards, including the CMA Male Vocalist of the Year.


Throughout his career, Greene released numerous albums and singles, becoming a prominent figure in the country music scene. He was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 1967 and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2010. Greene continued to perform and record music until his passing on March 14, 2013, leaving behind a legacy as one of the great voices of classic country music.
