Jack Jones, born John Allan Jones, is an American actor and singer. He was born on January 14, 1938, in Los Angeles, California. Jones is known for his smooth voice and has released numerous albums throughout his career, some of which have achieved critical and commercial success. He is particularly well-known for his hit songs "Wives and Lovers" and "The Impossible Dream".


Jones has won two Grammy Awards for Best Pop Male Vocal Performance, one in 1962 for "Lollipops and Roses" and another in 1964 for "Wives and Lovers". He has also received recognition for his work in musical theatre, including a Tony Award for his performance in the musical "The Impossible Dream". Jones continues to perform and record music, showcasing his timeless talent and enduring appeal in the music industry.
