He is best known for his role as Frisco Jones on the soap opera "General Hospital," which he played from 1983 to 1995. Wagner also portrayed Warren Lockridge on the soap opera "Santa Barbara" from 1991 to 1993. In addition to his acting career, Wagner has released several musical albums, including his self-titled debut album in 1984, which featured the hit single "All I Need." He has also appeared in various stage productions, such as "Grease" and "West Side Story."
Wagner has made guest appearances on popular TV shows like "The Bold and the Beautiful," "Melrose Place," and "The O.C."
